hi all ! I just found this in my tank. So far no problem they eat a lot of the algae, wich is great. But Im afraid it might be a problem for corals in the future.

They also seem to be reproducing since I have seen 4 little ones in the glass.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks !

I think it's a sea slug.

If you have zoas it's a problem. Not a problem otherwise---I think. I don't know that species.

Do you have any photos of it eating algae?

My concern would be that it looks like a coral, not like algae, which means it likely eats coral, correct? Don't they generally look like their food source?

Sea hare looks pretty close, and fits the feeding behavior as well.
