Zeo/Phos-/Carbon in Reactor

I've read that many people are having good results from stacking everything in a reactor.

What order do you stack in and do you use a sponge or anything between them?

The Zeolite is normally on the bottom, then carbon with Phosphate minus on the top simering

but it's not crucial
