got an email for a labor day coupon but it doesn't work

when I logged in earlier, the item I was trying to purchase reflects the 10% discount (filter socks) lol. plus I was on the group buy as well.

They corrected it today so we do not need a coupon to get 10%. Group Buy now works in conjunction with 10% discount.

Yea, prices listed are after 10% off except for MAP pricing like Ecotech etc.

Hey there folks! First, thank you for the feedback, and I apologize for the hassle. The coupon sale was a Preferred Reefer sale preview, so unfortunately some folks were excluded based on the fact that our system had them tagged as Group Buy participants. In the future we are looking to adjust Group Buy dates around sale dates, as well as make some changes to the program going forward to reduce frustration.
