Plan to go with gen 4 pro but what and how many

Option 1: 3 xr15
Option 2: 2 xr30
Option 3: 2 xr30 and 1 xr15 in the middle
Option 4: 3 xr30? Hopefully not

Obviously the goal is to aviod shadowing on sps, thanks

Shingo,

For an aquarium that size, 2 XR30wG4 Pro Radions will provide you with all the light you could need to grow any species of coral.

Hi Alex,
thanks for your reply, I know 2 XR30WG4 pro will be able to grow anything, but my main concern is shadowing, so instead people adding T5 supplements I wonder if I can go with full leds, so do you think I need another light or 2 G4 pro is wide enough to prevent shadowing? thanks

and btw, I am gonna use the Multi Light RMS so I won't be able to raise the light.

I would say 3. I have 4 over my tank and I noticed a big difference going from 3-4. That said I never tried the wide lenses (they're sitting in a box) so that might be something to consider. My tank is wall to wall acro so that makes a difference too. 2 I think is too little. I know Ecotech has their own recommendations but amongst the SPS crowd one per 12"-18" seems to be the consensus. G4 may change that however.
