Logan (and anybody else with experience),

I have a 24"x24"x20" display refugium that will be sitting right next to a new CadLight 125g system. I already have a Photon V2 50" over the 125g tank. I'd like a V2 over the refugium as well. Will the 24" fit? I know the spec say 28" minimum. But can the legs be bent some to make it fit a 24" rimless tank? Or do I really have to go for the 16" version?

Hey Ron,

You can use the 24 on a 24" tank, you may have to trim the legs shorter a little so they don't interfere with each other in the mounting slots.

Also, for a display fuge, you may want to take a look at our nano lights, both of which would cover that tank well for $84.99-$179.99.

Thanks Logan. But since these 2 tanks sit next to each other I'd like the fixtures to look like they go together. For the fist time I building a system where the stuff outside the tank needs to look as good as the stuff inside the tank.

BTW, here is my current state of development. There is still a lot of work to do, but it's moving forward. I can't wait to start putting 'stuff' in the refugium. I'll probably be ordering a new 16" V2 soon.

Looks good Ron! I see what you mean, if they are next to each other, keep in mind that one controller will program both lights automatically. If you want to do them individually, I can send you instructions to set them up that way as well.
