Literally just got a new pack of rod's food and left it out for about 7 hours, it was still cool but definitely not frozen at all. I smelled it and it smells absolutely fine (that trademark bad Italian food smell lol) and the food looks normal after refreezing and melting some in water. Keep or toss?

Toss, but just because I don't like Rod's :)
It's fine.
If wasn't room temp it will be fine.

If it smells like garlic, toss it - garlic is bad for fish and has no business of being in fish food.

I'd still use it.
You could probably throw a little in your scrambled eggs in the morning and it would be delicious. ;)

Toss. Or try some of it yourself. Why let it go to waste?

I always use the "would I eat it" test.

People always tend to overthink this subject when it comes up IMO. It's just fish food, use it.. FWIW I've had numerous types of frozen food turn to mush in transit from the LFS to my house in the middle of summer. A few hours in the freezer and they were good as new. None of the inhabitants seemed to mind.
