I have some split wire conduit that Id like to use in the sump. I know a larger portion of plastics are safe as opposed to not safe but I cant find any info at all on the particular brand/item I have. I know most loom is made of low-density polyethylene which is completely safe and inert. But the "fire retardant" verbiage has me concerned. Anyone want to weigh in?http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161003/ec0f6a730da13a49aab7227926089520.jpg

You should be able to get the MSDS from the manufacturer, they have to have it available by law. I agree the fire retardant verbiage is a concern.
