can euphyllia coral tissues can regrow?

so I don't know why my frogspawn coral dying tissues. my torch is even worse, tissues completely gone, no more left, I wonder if they can regrow?? my no 123 is O. kh is about 9 drops from API test. salinity 1.25

If you've got a bleached white skeleton with no tissue whatsoever you might want to look into Polyp Bailout. Even if there was some tissue left behind the odds of this making a full recovery is pretty slim. The link below might help.
