rtn from too much gfo should i water change or leave it?

i turned the gfo off but was wondering if a wondering change would change the balance too repidly again and that i should leave it the way it is now without the gfo on or should i do a water change?

i went from .15 to .11 phophate over night.. that's too fast right?
