Does he have normal coloration and physical appearance? Is he laying in his side or right side up?

Like when he gets scared he changes color and gets white spots on him and he laying normal just not moving around he seems to be breathing normal but I'm not sure what to do! Should I move him to a hospital tank or no?

Try to take a picture when mine sleeps he sits very still and gets white vertical lines, it's possible he is just sleeping if the lights haven't come on yet

fish do die.. Not much you can do if nothing is blatantly obvious..

Maybe he is just lazy today..

If I read your thread correctly, you indicate that your salinity is .34 ??
Proper reading should be around .25, with a few degrees either side of that o.k.but it seems your SG is way too high. That could cause some stress to everything in your tank, IMO.

34ppt so roughly 1.025 SG (specific gravity)
