Hey guys,

Using the Marine Alkalinity (dKH) Checker, Tested out the Hanna calibration Standards.

Room is 24degrees, 25 being what the cert says.

The checker reads out 6.0 dkh, The paper cert says 100ppm, with 10ppm difference acceptable.

100ppm x 0.056 = 5.6

Within acceptable differences of 10ppm.
90ppm x 0.056 = 5.04
110ppm x 0.056 = 6.16

Anyone else got the Dkh checker version and tested with the hanna calibration standards yet?

That's good accuracy. I haven't seen anyone else post results.

I posted inaccuracy issues with the Hannah alkalinity unit. Is the unit you are referring to different in the units it reads or different reagent/method? Thanks

it uses the same test agent as the ppm version, not sure if anything else is different besides giving readings in dkm.

the problem here is that you don't know the accuracy of the standard !!!

That's definitely an issue, but we do what we can.
