It's been almost a month since I started my biocube 32 LED tank. Everything in it seems fine - parameters are almost perfect. Water itself looks clear. That being said, for some reason I can't seem to rid the tank of these white dots floating in it. It's been evident for at least 2 weeks I've done water changes and also reduced dry feeding the tank. It did not help. Any suggestion?

Could it be pvc shards that weren't remove by accident after assembly?

to be honest.... I admit i made a mistake - not rinsing the tank first before adding the LR and sand and water.

But is PVC shards a high likelihood? If so, how would I get rid of it

or do you mean shards coming from filter materials? I currently use a filter fad, filter floss, and the original stock carbon/filter pack.

Just changed them yesterday. Do I need to rinse those as well before adding to tank?
