HELP. Rs. MAX. 260 e In new house

Moving RedSea max to new house. Putting it in Four Seasons Room in CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA (heated in winter) AC in Summer. The 260e has a black back
And I seriously don't want to buy a chiller. Will this room work or should I try to find another place? Planning on all predator tank or all Banggai and bringing my coral from current tank. Thanks
