Got a ton of it starting to cover all rocks and I have no clue what it is. The brown bubbleish stuff. It's not very pleasant to look at. Any ideas?

Im not too sure.. (pic is a bit fuzzy to see details of it)..
But.. lets just get rid of it... (along with the just as ugly green hair)...

Wanna do it "fast" or "slow"?
First.. Gotta get those nitrates/phosphates down..

Now fast solution = during a water change keep some of the old water..
get a big bowl or bucket and make a mixture of 50% tank water and 50% hydrogen peroxide from the grocery store/pharmacy..
pull the rock and put it in the bucket..
grab a toothbrush or similar and scrub at it for roughly 10-15 minutes..
The mixture will bubble/foam and after just rinse the rock off with some more of the old water from the water change and throw the rock back into the tank..

Now slow solution = multiple methods to reduce nitrate/phosphate levels..
Could just be more water changes to GFO to increasing skimming to carbon dosing,etc..

You must do the slow solution also if you choose fast.. No point in having the rock get all ugly again..

I don't know what it is but I had it.
Blowing it off and reaching in to spot scrub just left a bare batch that would get covered in a day or so.
Ended up breaking down my tank and acid washing all of my rock about six months ago.
Solved the problem and haven't had it return.
I have a "reef saver" type Florida mined rock.

looks like you could use a bunch of blue legs and a bunch of nassarius. and that would take care of the algae bloom. and the what looks like some whitish colored sponges could be wiped out with some more intense lighting. that stuff usually grows under the rocks in dark areas. as mentioned above try scrubbing it of in a 5 gallon fresh mix of water @ 1018.

Thanks guys, yea working on keeping the algae down, did some dips with peroxide already, but since have epoxied the rocks more in place and added more frags so not sure I can manage that again. I have GFO running now, waiting on some lights to turn the GFO reactor into a small Chaeto reactor. Ive been scrubbing some areas of it off, as I work on cleaning, really not interested in restarting the tank. Going on vacation for a week, but when I'm back the reactor will be online, plus adding an urchin and mexican turbo to help munch the algae back.

Plastercracker, why nassarius specifically? I have some, they all burrow in the sand so not sure what they'd do for my rock work. This stuff may be a sponge of sorts, but def likes light, grows on the tops of all my rocks, including the once closest to the light and on my overflow which is right at the top of the tank.

Plastercracker, why nassarius specifically?

I suspect they put the wrong name.. Nassarius don't eat algae..
