Hey everyone, I posted in the rapid led forums but thought i might get better response here.

I have my Coronas up and running, but I haven't moved corals over yet. Just curious what schedules and setups people are running. The lights seem extremely blue...

Love mine. The fishbit software is awesome to set up the light!

What percentage are you running them at? mine are ~10" off the water on my 24" deep tank and I'm having to run them max ~45% blue 40% white, to keep from bleaching corals, even at the bottom of the tank... those numbers ramp down about 5% over the day and then down to 0 at night. i run violet at 75% and red/green at 30%

Any updates from you guys running them for a little while now?

Its interesting that these run top of the line diodes with a decent spectrum and are half the price of radions, yet practically no one is running them.

I’ve been running 2 Corona units over a 150 gallon peninsula style tank for about 5 months and have them now ramped up to 80% blues, 60% violet, 25% white, 20% red / green. They are about 10” above the water surface. Feel like it should be turned down some as some zoas on bottom of tank are not opening and a red planet higher up in the tank practically looks green. Another clue is that two other sps are growing sideways, not up. Thinking about doing a test at half the above power for a week to see the effect on the zoas and sps - then deciding where to run. Don’t have a par meter to check.
