So, looks like I am going to redo my tank, or get a new one. Currently 54x30x30 peninsula with 2x400 Hamilton 14k. There are water returns, cables everywhere, ballasts, etc. and I'm thinking of going to a shorter tank with the same footprint.
Everything is in a cabinet and canopy so all the mess is hidden. I'm really intrigued with the idea of going to an open top, just don't know if I will be able to hide everything.
Looking for opinions, etc. and the light has to look great if I'm going to go open top.
