Looks nice! I would be a little concerned about the screws on the inside of the tank, as epoxy isn't 100% waterproof, but it should be fine.

I used Pond Shield two part epoxy. The aquarium hasn't had any building issues since being built in 2014. I however put silicone on screws for the PVC board bracing since I did not put epoxy that since you don't have to worry about PVC getting wet. I will be making a video where I go more depth on the build with commentary.

It shouldn't have any issues. It just needs to be noted that this is generally a bad idea. You typically want to keep metals out of your aquarium, no matter what they are sealed with.

West marine has good supplies for doing these plywood tanks
