I figured out there was a ton of poop all inside my live rock and in the sand. I guess I was blowing on LR hard enough and vacuuming the sand good enough. Any other ways I can keep ahead of this

More flow.

+1. Either more flow or adjust flow to help eliminate dead spots where the crud is settling.

More flow will keep the detritus suspended, but it will find those dead spots in your tank. Don't overstock, don't overfeed and just keep blasting the rocks with a power head and vacuuming the sand bed. If you don't remove this crap from the system all your really doing is sweeping it under the rug.

I have 2 WaveMaker rated at 550 a piece for a 36 bow front. Plus my sump which is pointing towards surface. Guess I need more

Get a dragon wrasse. It will keep the sand clean by constantly stirring looking for food. It is messy for a week or two. Love the look of my sand, but bad news for some crustacean and worms.

Cant do dragon wrasse. I don't want it destroying all my aqua scape or eat my shrimp

Yellow watchman will not eat the shrimp or move your rock. Works about an 8 inch patch for a month or so, then relocates.

So I thought I fixed my problem but as I came home today I have cyno again in my sump and on my reactor output. Only thing in tank is cleaner shrimp and I cleaned all live rock and sand
