Hello!
So I am finally going to be done renting in a week and going to be owning a home! I want to have my sump in my basement after I reinforce the floors on the main level for the tank. Finally think I got that taken care of so now for the sump.
I want to have the sump in the basement that will be around 5 feet down from the first floor which all in all is around 10 feet down from the top of the tank. I also will be having the sump around 6-8 feet to the left of the tank because right before it is where the oil tank is so it is not possible to put the sump right below it.
are there any return pumps that will be able to push this much water pressure? I was looking at the mag 24 but it says the max height is 10 feet.
Also for the plumbing do you guys think it makes the most sense to use hard pvc and go straight to the top of the basement and then over to the tank or over first and then straight up to the tank? Or do you think it makes most sense to have flexible pvc going on an angle to the tank but having hard pvc coming down from the tank to the sump.
I greatly appreciate any insight from anyone and of course please recommend return pumps for this job. (anything but the Abyzz, cant imagine paying that much haha)
I would really like an internal pump so I do not have to plumb the sump.
