Kind of looks like a toad stool but doesn't have any color...

Thoughts? http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161210/4e20878041c90aa041e946169a3b4699.jpg

umbrella leather baby - Sarcophyton

Is it a pest? Should I yank it?

Thanks for the ID!

It's a toadstool, wouldn't necessarily consider it a pest and the green ones are pretty cool imo.

I'll guess I'll have to wait and see if it colors up. Right now it's pretty ugly....

Dont yank, they can get huge, although they usually stay brown, can still be very beautiful!

It's a fairly toad stool. I have one. They don't get very big at all.

Toads can become extremely beautiful as they grow larger. I wouldn't yank this one at all; if anything, watch it grow!

My buddy has one that is huge and his clownfish are hosting in it. I would keep it.

It's really small right now, haven't seen much growth since discovering it. It was in a holding tank at the LFS for a long time with little to no light so I'm sure it was a little jacked up... However, it is starting to really green up which is kind of cool. I'll see where it goes and as long as it doesn't become a nuisance it might be a nice addition.

I'll see if I can grab another pic today.
