So I'm building a 120, I have a 2 bulb 36" LET retrofit kit with coral plus bulbs and I have a set of kessil a360w led light and a pair of radion gen4 pros. They will all be about 12" over the water, kessils controlled with apex and radions with Reeflink. Obviously I will never have them all pumping at 100% the tank will be mixed, little of everything coral wise. I haven't mounted everything cause just got tank going and it's cycling so there's no real rush but I guess the question is do I let go of the kessils and and just do the t5s and 2 G4 pros or play with keeping lower intensities and mixing em up for a unique effect/look?

I have (3) kessil 360 and (2) 24" let T5 dimmable w/ coral plus . I keep it wayyy down. Usually all blue kessil while t5s are on

Nope. Not too much. Just don't overdo it on intensity. It'll provide great coverage and color

i run an 8 bulb ati sunpower over a 120 and find to be great. as you mentioned, it helps to manage the intensity but the coverage is unmatched.
