Sump for 3' (150g cube) tank

What is the best size sump for a 150g cube (3'x3')? Since the tank is only 3' the are not a lot of options that will fit under the stand.

I have a 3 foot tank and went with the 34incg trigger sumo.
I love it. Best sump I've ever had.

The biggest one that fits in the desired area and holds whatever equipment,etc.. you want to put in it... plain and simple
