Need help with what is on my coral and what to do about it and will it kill the coral?363982

It looks like Brown Jelly Disease/Syndrome. An Iodine dip will sometimes help, but I think that head is too far gone for that.

Or take the whole colony out to save the rest of the tank.
Also is there anything I can do to protect the other coral?

I'm going to take the offending colony out and drag out the good heads and try the iodine treatment and QT them and keep an eye on the other 2 colony's over the next few days.

You might want to keep it whole and let it take it's course in the QT. They can grow back (I had 2 die, and one made a full recovery).

What's the best way to QT them if I only have one tank?

set up a gt. you can set up for less then 100. tank, heater, hob filter.
