ID this worm please

Found this worm today, while doing maintenance on my rock. Its just over 1" long and 1/4" wide, reminds me of a centipede. Any idea what it is?

Oh god I hope not... I put it back into my tank, because I didnt have any other place to put it.

I guess the plus side is I have not had anything bad happen in my tank. I have fish that hide in rocks, and all my snails and crabs are still around.
