Two MP40QD in standard 120g. How much pow to set?

I run two MP40qd in reefcrest/antisync mode. Sometimes I run TidalSwell/antisync. The pumps are on opposite ends of the tank. I dial it to about 80% strength but seems like the fish get over powered by the powerhead.

Anyone else with a similar setup, how much power do you dial yours to?

I do 50%. The new mp40 is insanely powerful.
