Here are the stats
100 gallon tank
72 ml of b-ionic calcium per day
1 ml per gallon of aquarium water will raise calcium concentration by 16ppm.
Add 1ml of coral supplement for every 20ppm calcium uptake per 25 gallons

How much should I add of coral colors A,B,C,D each day?

Thank you very much

72 ml of calcium concentration used per day in 100 gallons equates to 72x16/100=11.52ppm of coral uptake.

1ml for every 20ppm/25g means

11.52/20 = 0.576ml per 25g or 2.3ml of coral supplement.

This is using your numbers. Also I don't know if the B-ionic numbers are in line with the Red Sea Calcium supplement.

That dosing level seems reasonable for a tank with a lot of stony coral, clam, or coralline growth. My 29g soft coral tanks consumed alkalinity at about the same rate (a proportional volume) due to coralline growth.

The Red Sea ABCD supplements supply various trace elements, and we don't have any practical method of measuring consumption for most of them.
