Montipora stopped growing

A year ago I bought two Montipora Digitata frags about 1.5 inches each, over the last year they have grown with breakages into three tree like sructures of 6 inches each but even though all polyps are extended and tips are showing white growth seems to have been halted any ideas, how big can these get in a tank

I suggest taking comparison pics. Snap some today then after a month compare and I bet you will see it's growing.
