Well a few things.

If this is the first brood, then let it go. Let her/him get used to making fry.

This will give you time to set up a full hatch station.

The forums here at RC have a really superb section about breeding: The Fish Breeding Forum (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=86)

While you are in there start by reading this thread:

Amphiprion Percula Home Breeding (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2597088 )

Then create your own thread and post so others can see and help you.

Sorry but pregnant is not correct, she is developing her unfertilezed eggs. Fertilization occurs outside the body. She'll lay her eggs and the male will follow doing his part.

You can also Google "pickles guide to breeding clownfish" and will find a great resource for breeding clownfish.

Keep in mind that most clownfish that have been paired for a while will eventually breed. The challenge is producing healthy offspring, free of defects. If you don't have the time and patience to produce quality offspring, I don't recommend doing it.
