My tank has been established since 7/12/16. Parameters on fine.

Is there any guildline as to when to add your first acro and is it okay to position at the top with Hydra HD 26's (on acclimation setting) and then ramp up slowly over a couple of weeks post acclimation period?

Thanks

When the coralline starts to grow well. I would wait until then.

When your parameters are stable. No fluctuations

I'd put some great frags in.

I agree with Jda. The simplest indicator is coralline algae growth. When you have lots of little flecks of purple, or several patches the size of a €0.10 coin you are probably good to go. I've never used the Hydra HD's, but like other LED fixtures you should be fine by backing the power way down/acclimation setting and ramping up from there over the course of a few weeks. To be clear, though, I would advise waiting a few more months before tying an acropora.
