I have a snowflake eel in a 300 gallon tank. I am going to sell my bearded dragon and want to move my eel into a tank in my room. I am almost positive he will need a fuge. But I am not 100% sure. So does my eel need a fuge?

No. They don't feed on pods. They need to be feed other meaty foods.

You will be fine with a basic tank for your eel. (FOWLR).

No need for a fuge, but be sure you have a tight fitting lid. Mine slipped out of a gap near the hang on the back filter one night. After he finished dusting and cleaning up all of the dog hair off the floor behind the tank, I threw him back in and he was fine. Lucky I found him in time to save.

Yes, my eel did the sameness thing he was the first fish we had in the tank and he ended up chasing the few reef fish we had. We don't know how long he was on the floor but he was bone dry when my father found him, he placed him back in the tank he lived but didn't eat for the next 4 weeks. He is very healthy down, thank you for the warning.
