I am confused with this coral.

it has never responded well since all my coral took a hit when i moved my 180 to where it is now. this one was seeming to come back but now it ha stalled where it is now.

Is that polyp extension, filament extension (tissue alive but irritated) or tissue sloughing off? My guess is filament extension as if it were stung. But don't see anything in picture adjacent to that piece that is in sting range?
