Tentacle shape and posture looks like an LTA. But lines around the mouth suggest bta. Tough one.
Can we get a top down shot?

What color is the foot? Looks like a LTA to me but it should be down in the sand if it's a LTA

Bleached LTA. I'd move it down to the sandbed. They do best with at least 4"

I put it in the sand by a rock last night and it still haven't attached it's foot to the rock. Do I need to put something small in the sand for it to attach to or what?

long tentacle anemone tends to move quite a bit until it finds a spot it likes. it could take anywhere from days to weeks.

I put it in the sand by a rock last night and it still haven't attached it's foot to the rock. Do I need to put something small in the sand for it to attach to or what?

It's not going to really attatch to the rocks. It should dig its foot through the sand and attatch to the bottom glass of your tank.
