Can you just pull them off the rock with gloves on and they won,t come back?Biggest problem is that there are about 3 anemones on the same rock

Paly's are fairly resilient, IME. They can be hard to get off the rock to where they don't come back unless you remove the rock to work on it. I'd try and tickle the anemones off or use an ice cube near the base to see if you can detach them so you can remove the rock. As Bill mentioned, unless you are sure they aren't a toxic variant, definitely be careful when handling them.

I sealed mine under a layer of reef expoxy and then cover that with other zoas.

I just used a pair of scissors and cut them as close to the base as I could. The remaining tissue was then smothered with epoxy. It took me a few weeks to get all of them, but they're gone now.

I did, but a water change was performed right after. No problem.

Get a Klein's Butterfly fish. It will make quick work of them but any other Paly's will be fair game too.

Pretty much all zoanthids have palytoxins in them and the common brown/green ones are documented to be very dangerous if mishandled. If you do a Google search for "palytoxin and zoa" you will find lots of info including an article to a Reef Build**s article that I can't link to.

The JB WaterWeld epoxy seems to be pretty popular. This can be found at most hardware stores. Just make sure you knead it properly before you apply it.

There's also a decent article here that I've found has some good info:

It might, but like mentioned above I did a water change right after and didn't have any problems. I was careful not to butcher the polyps in the process though. I would pick and choose which polyps I would be cutting and then gave them a quick snip.

I had pair of Kliens Butterfly's in my reef and the only thing they ever touched was the zoa's. The lest all my other coral alone including Hammers, Leathers, Fingers, SPS etc. I had got them for Majano's but they preferred the Zoa's so I caught the pair and sent them to a tank that was infested with Aiptasia. The decimated the Aiptasia population in a matter of a week which made the customer very happy. Having said that, as with any butterfly, there is a risk. Having a fish trap can come in handy if they become an issue.

Maybe when i do decide to cut them maybe do it in 2 or 3 phases. One of those corals you regret putting in the tank. For years they were held at bay with anemones around them keeping them closed up.It was a coral that i won at a frag show.

Depending on how many you have you can also inject them with a little kalk. Within a day or two they shrivel up and disappear. Only need a little so you should not mess up your chemistry.

Will aiptasia x take them out?

I would say yes. In my last tank I controlled some very fast growing nuclear green palys by using aiptasia X. Squirt some into their mouths and all around the disc and they will shrivel up and die.

Gfox2, if you go this route, turn off your pumps and do a few at a time. Run a poly filter and carbon while doing this as well.
