I am moving my 55 gallon tank and need styrofoam boxes, bags, heat pack and rubber bands.
Where does one find these items?

You could try those coolers from your local grocery store. Would likely have bags and rubberbads too.

You might also talk to your LFS - Back in the day when I worked there we tossed 10+ a week, every week. We used them as disposable coolers when we went to the track!

What Bill said. After a shipment we had 20 or so of the styrofoam coolers in the cardboard shipping boxes. Great for moving tank stuff.

You might also put out a call to your local reef club. I've probably got a couple sitting around.

Walmart carries styrofoam coolers back in the fishing section(ironic). People use them to put shad and other live bait in them. Rubber bands will be in the office supplies isle. Ice/heat packs can be in the kitchen supplies or medical supplies. And bags, I just use ziplock bags. Hope that helps and good luck. I remember moving my 30 gallon a year and a half ago. Very stressful time. But in the end, all went well
