Bad hanna phosphate reagent???

This happen to me before but got a new box of hanna HI713-25 and i have tested 5 packs and all 5 are reading diff and to high. I had 1 pack left from last box and it was 0.00 as is what my levels are usually 0.00 - 0.03 for past several months. Anyways does anyone have the hanna hi713 LOT H092 EXP 09/2018...if so are u getting crazy readings too?

I think they have got "issues" again also
My errors are with the ULR tho

I have 2 new packs of reagents that both read too high - you can see the water turn blue before you even put it in the tester.....my 2 new reagent packs are expiry 01/2019 Lot H058

I got sent 2 new boxes this time 02/19 expiry
Meter says i have 0.13 + 0.17 ppm Po4 (44 +56 ug/l)

Ati ICP says i have 0.06ppm (18ug/l)
