I just bought some coral and an Anenome, I treated it with coral rx without knowing not to treat the Anenome with it. I don't know what it will do to my Anenome now. It's in a 30 gallon tank, it didn't shrink up and the tenicles haven't fallen off. It's a red bubble Anenome and the tenicles have started to bubble back up but I don't know if it's going to die or if I ruined it or not. Any ideas on what to do would be very helpful!

I dont think there much you can do now, just let it be n let it settle in your tank n hopefully it will be ok.

I'd say the odds are in your favor. Coral dips are intended to kill small things and the RBTA, although probably annoyed, is big enough to deal with it, just like the coral.

I hope so! It seems to still be doing okay right now. He color is still good and it's still inflating so I'm hoping it doesn't die. It wasn't dipped for very long so I'm hoping that helps.

To be honest, if something were going to happen to the anemone it would probably be evident within 24 hours. After that I'd say the odds are in your (well your anemones) favor.

It should be fine as long as it was healthy beforehand. Anemones seem to go downhill fast, I agree with others that something should have happened already if it was going to. Try not to feed it for at least a week. Just give it some time and I am sure it will be alright.

thanks for all the advice, its been 48 hrs and my Anenome still looks great! it was a little cranky at first but now the color is great and its open. It looks pretty happy so i think/hope I'm in the clear now and its on its way back up. i have def. learned my lesson! :)
