Emaciated dragonet

I just received my order today, and I have to say that I am highly disappointed in your choice to send me this Green Mandarin Dragonet. Not only is it laying on it's side in clear respiratory distress, it's entire stomach is severely concave. It is clearly emaciated and not suitable for sale. I know there are drawbacks from ordering online, such as not being able to view a specimen ahead of time, but I never would have imagined that you would send me a dragonet in this condition. Please advise.
