Submitted a request to have my Gen1 Radions upgrade to Gen3 pro, wondering how long does to take to receive the RMA via email?

I never submitted a RMA request.
I just bought the upgrade from the website and followed the instructions.

The Gen 1's must be sent in for the upgrade.

In the instructions it says you have to mail them in.

Yeah the problem is that I haven't received the email from them with the RMA info so that I can mail them in. Just wondering what the normal turn around on this?

Did you buy the upgrade on the Ecotech website?
It has a form you fill out, instructions to mail it in.

I upgraded 6 gen1's. I don't remember a RMA being involved for the upgrade.

I believe the RMA is for returning a product to be repaired.
And fwiw, tagging doesn't work here.

I clicked on the upgrade option, selected the option for sending the Radion in and filled out an online form that instructed me to await an email that would have info that I would need to print and iclude in the box. That is all I saw to do, and I believe I'm just awaiting the email?

I honestly don't remember having to wait for a email, but if you went through the checkout form, I guess it's true what they say when you get old about memory being the first to go.

If I were you, get on the phone tomorrow first thing and call them.
