Setting up the Reef Keeper Lite Plus on my new system and was able to get the heater and wave maker going on one power bar, so I have some what figured this thing out. I had my 2nd heater on the 2nd plug of the 1st power bar. Had it programed the exact same as the 1st heater that would come on no problem and the 2nd would not ever come on even with the light showing it was on. I tried switching the power head to the 2nd plug and could not get to come on either. I even tried to just on/off and nothing. Is it normal to have one plug not work on a power strip or am I just setting this up incorrectly?

If this is still under warranty you will need to contact DA support at support@digitalaquatics.com.

Not sure how long the warranty is but I bought it just a few months ago new. Just now getting around to setting the tank up. I will contact them.

Have you tried to plug the light to a good outlet by it self? If so, it might have internal wire problem

Sorry if I miss communicated. I'm not trying to plug in a light into that plug, the power bar has a light for that plug that is showing it is on and has power.

Green light means go, yellow light means trouble. If you are getting green I would use a plug tester to see what the plug is missing?

I have never had an issue but there is always a first time

Sounds like something wrong with that particular outlet. If it is just a few monts old contact DA support. They may have you test a few things before you return the power bar to make sure there is an issue with it. They will give you an RMA for the return. Don't send anything until you contact them.
