strange white on clownfish

I've seen ich, I know this isn't ich. But this is very odd, appeared overnight. My one clown the top fin above her head is white/translucent colored. She also has a large white spot on her right fin, and she has a sort of white spots on the right side near the tail. The white spots a larger than the salt grain type spots you see with ich. Is this some kind of parasite maybe? She is otherwise happy and eating fine, swimming normal, no signs of distress.
