Is it possible to setup the FMK to increase the voltage on VSP? So it will keep the reactor or anything we control with flow at a certain rate?...

I want to do something similar, control flow through my nitrate reactor based on the ORP inside. My approach is going to be to set up a couple various profiles, each with increasing flow.

Then, in the VSP virtual outlet, have a bunch of "IF ORP > XYZ Then Profile1" statements to change the flow, based on ORP.

For your application just swap out ORP with your flow sensors.

Actually, thinking more about it, you might want to do it via virtual outlet to build in some hysteresis, to prevent the states from fluctuating quickly. Each flow state would be its own outlet, with a min time statement to keep on for a minimum of 30 or so seconds. Then the virtual outlet would be a series of IF OUTPUT LowFlow = ON THEN Profile1, etc.

So yeah, it's possible, not direct, but possible :)

That is what i was thinking. Just want to see other people point of views :D Hopefully, Apex can come up with something much more simple. :=:uzi:
