I had made some adjustments to the powerheads and the next day a complete sand storm and acan tipped over on a rocks anyway I noticed some skeleton showing. I target fed him last night reef roids and the whole frag appears to have feeding tentacles and not puffy. What next?

It's probably just stressed I would give it a few days. Water parameters in check?

For some reason the alkalinity after sandstorm dropped from 11.3 to 8

if it went from 11.3 down to 8 fast, that would be the issue. I don't think any corals like ALK swings.

I have acans that got knocked around in the sand by my wrasses for months. They recover quickly and are thriving now that they got glued to rocks. Give it time and it will be fine.

I once again moved powerheads and I think I have the least amount of sand blowing finally. It may be looking better already I will post abother pic later

So today I did a pretty pretty good water change and found a piece of rubble to stick the frag plug in and try to elevate ever so slightly to keep sand out. However I did have to handle it again. It just hasn't been inflating like it was. After water change calcium 440 dkh 9.3 salt 1.025. Now the flow is fixed and water change done I hope it bounces back. Maybe it needs more light. It is a 24" tank and on the sand bed of 4 brand new ATI T5?? Let me know maybe just leave it first and stop handling it and if after a few days maybe try moving it up?

Just let it be. It will bounce back
