Can you please ID this coral for me?

Can you please ID this coral for me? Is it some sort of pipe organ coral?
Some sort of white cotton like web stuff is growing on the base. Is it bad stuff?

It is a pipe organ coral

the stuff at the base looks like sponge...should be fine

they can get large. mine doing great on bottom of 24" deep tank with relatively strong flow. good luck
