By far my most impressive grower, red has been prettier in the past but growth just keeps moving along. All of my acros are still recovering from when I was dosing vibrant to combat bryopsis, which I stopped late January when I switched to fluconazole. I'm slowly seeing improvement across the board so I recently took a few photos for my journal, I cannot believe the growth on this piece looking at previous photos.

Nice, I just got a frag from a local reefer. I hope to see the same growth.

Do you have any other ORA frags?

I wonder how fast this one grows compared to their other offerings.

That's a nice red planet.

Sorry if I missed it in another thread but can u explain more about what happened when u where dosing vibrant. I have been dosing it for a couple of weeks & no issues so far, but I was wondering about your experience with it

Thanks everyone.

I have a purple plasma but couldn't get a good photo of it when I was taking photos, it hasn't grown nearly as quick. Red planet IME will grow when everything else has stopped and is on the edge of dying lol.

That's a nice red planet.

Very nice. Quite remarkable how fast some of these corals can grow under favorable conditions.

Thanks everyone. Super easy acro to keep happy, I'm sure some of you out there could double what I did in a year.

No, what's even more remarkable is how pieces like the Red Planet can grow during unfavorable conditions. :uhoh2: haha

So tell us your secret! Are you dosing anything? How often do you do water changes and how much? Two-part or calcium reactor? Any tips on getting such great growth?

No secrets, honestly. I've abused my acros quite a bit, they've been through a lot of instability (mostly my fault), which is apparent in their total growth. Red planet is just super easy to grow; good flow, good light (I have t5s), and as stable as possible is all I've got to tell you. I'm using two part and recently switched to ESV B-Ionic from BRS, not long enough to attribute using it to my growth.
