Gyre 150 vs snails

This morning I rose to find the 150 not in service. A few weeks back I had another snail hatching. During lights out these snails are out in force. Even with the protective mesh they are able to work there way in and jam up the impeller. I love this power head so this isn't a dig at Max spepect just thought I would share. I will have to deal with this till there big enough they can't fit in.
