I have a 93 cube with a 65 gallon basement sump.
I need a return pump that will give 1000 ish gph with about 15 feet head.
I'm currently set up for external with 1.5 in and out. But that could be changed.
Extra heat in the water would be nice.
Priorities are
Energy efficiency
Noise
Price
Control ability (not nessary at all)
Thoughts?
Thanks

Cant have this, "Energy efficiency" with this, "Extra heat in the water would be nice."
Heat is a product of the energy consumed.

1000 gph at 15' of head is a big accomplishment. Might look into the deepwater BLDC12 or BLDC15. The 15 will be overkill but should be able to turn it down to meet your desired flow. I have seen the BLDC15 in action at Reefapalooza Orlando and was impressed.

These might prive to be your best option without going to something external like a Iwaki or Panworld. Sicce ADV 9.0 and Sicce SDC 9.0

You could look into a ecotech l1, not sure about the 15 feet

I was just meaning heat wasn't an issue.
Perhaps 700-800 gph would be enough.
Currently I'm using a regular dart. And it is working fine just 10 yeRs old. I want to be prepared.
Besides if I have a replacement ready to go it will never break.
