I'm considering adding a puffer to my semi-aggressive FOWLR 180 gallon aquarium. I read that parts of it's flesh are poisonous. I would like to know if a puffer dies will it wipe out all the fish in my tank? IF they get get stressed do they release any toxins? Basically is there any threat to my existing fish from adding a puffer to my aquarium because of their poisonous flesh and toxins?

No if they die they don't release toxins but they are the most poisonous fish in the world they are only dangerous if eaten it's boxfish/cowfish that realise toxins when they die and when they are stressed

What are the other fish in the tank? And which puffer?

Looks like you already have an idea of this being a no go. Puffers in general are really slow in everything they do, I wouldn't do it.
As bean mentioned we really won't know without a current stocking list.
