I would say not, those fish get over a foot. However there are plenty of smaller species that would

The porcupine puffers can work in that size (they rarely grow to over a foot in captivity), but they are not great tank mates with any sort of lionfish as they will nip the lions fins. Honestly you could do a few different dwarf lionfish in an 80. You could probably keep 3 of the smaller species (fuzzy, fu Manchu, zebra, etc). Just be warned that the lions will probably be about all you can have in that size tank as it's not big enough to support larger fish in addition to the lions and the lions will eat any smaller fish.

You want to source them from a reputable source as they can be difficult to wean onto prepared foods. Most will only eat live food when they first arrive at the LFS.

I don't mind feeding live but would prefer feeding dead food

I've owned a few and some take to prepared food easily but out of 3 that I've owned two of them required live food at first and had to be enticed to eat after starvation/garlic soaked food. It can be done for the most part, just requires patience.

Its not that they rarely grow to that size, its for a healthy and long term plan, a larger tank is needed.
