Reef Foundation ABC+ questions

So I want to start dosing my tank. And I bough Reef Foundation ABC+. I also got just a bottle of C (magnesium).

My current params are:

Magnesium 1200
Calcium 390

I want the following levels
Mag 1300-1350
Calcium around 420

The tank is 143 gallon tank (515 liters).

Since I had a tank crash with an overdose I want to be sure how much should I add.

So any help on that matter is welcome.

Here you go
a) Dosing instructions for mixing the powders to the liquids

b) Dosing to adapt Ca/Mg as wanted (1300 Mg is by far enough), in case you want to dose the dry salts.
(I also calculated +1,0 ^dH Alkalinity)

c) in case you want to dose the mixed solutions.
Dosing is identical if you use the pre-mixed "Liqudi solutions" from RedSea (...bottle of "C")

I was using the instructions in the label.

I have being dosing:
135 ml of Mg everyday
and 35 grams of ABC solution

My levels wont go up ! I dont know why. My Mg and Ca levels are still the same from day one.
