Hi im currently using a nuvo40 well stocked 8-9mos running. And i am planning to downgrade to a nuvo30Long. Any advice on tank swapping? Will i go through a cycle again or should i cycle it first before transferring the all my corals ang fish in it? I was thinking of just moving everythig from rocks sand media corals and fish all at the same time.

I would think that as long as your moving rock(your bacteria source), and it won't stay out of water for very long, you should be fine.
IMO I would keep a bottle of prime on hand for any possible ammonia spike you might see, and keep enough mixed up water on hand just in case you need to do an emergency WC.

Alright. What about the sand should i wash it? Im not really happy with my current rockscape since i cant maximize my space. There's more water volume vs space for corals

Wash it or get new.
If you add new rock and/or sand, expect to have to recycle the tank before you can add any livestock.

I had a tank leak some time ago and had it quickly transfer my 40 to a 20, wait for the new 40 to arrive and transfer it all again. Everyone (including my parameters) was fine with the disruption. Just clean the new tank well and definitely take pictures! Your tank looks awesome, the new one is going to be amazing.

amazing tank shame you have to downsize! but I'm about to transfer to a new tank as well ( opposite reason ) as long as everything is being transferred and nothing new is being added you should be fine
